Add Bundled Charges

 

 

Bundle charges allows you to create a group of charges that can be reused for similar cases, instead of adding each charge individually. This allows you to cut down on the time required to add charges, making you more productive.

 

Automatically Added Charges From Documentation

PT Practice Pro allows your therapists to automatically add charges whenever a treatment is added to documentation. This will cut down the redundancy of adding charges to the case, allowing to work on more cases throughout the day and meet your benchmarks more easily.

 

Suggested CPT Codes

For each case, PT Practice Pro will provide you with a list of suggested charges based on the diagnosis codes that were provided in the SOAP notes or flow sheet. This will give you guidance as to what charges should be added, and allows you to copy these suggested charges directly to the case.

 

Copy Charges

You can copy charges from a previous appointment in order to streamline your billing processes.

 

HCFA Preview Screen

The HCFA preview screen allows you to not only see a copy of the HCFA claim before submitting it, but also creates warnings for any areas that may cause a rejected claim. This allows you to catch any missing information before submitting in order to get your reimbursements faster and make your office more money overall.

 

Submit Claims Electronically Directly to Insurances or Clearinghouses

You can submit UB04 and 837 claims directly from PT Practice Pro, instead of having to download your claims to submit them. You can also print your claims in CM-1500, or 837 format if you prefer.
