"We, at Axis Physical Therapy, have been using PT Billing Solution since June 2006. Due to unforeseen circumstances we were forced into finding and implementing a new data base and billing management system on an urgent basis. We heard about PT Billing Solution through another clinic that was also considering it at the time. We contacted Mr. Sanjay Patel, posed our questions and conveyed our immediate needs. We began working together on a nearly daily basis and had PT Billing Solution functioning in our office within 2 weeks. A lot of work was done in a very limited time span. Sanjay helped me with transporting data base files from an old antiquated system, helped to customize features that our clinic felt necessary, and helped me (daily) with customer service questions that came up while learning to use the system. It is noteworthy that we are in two different time zones with a three hour time difference, yet PT Billing Solution support was always there for us. I have worked in Physical therapy for 10+ years and have used 4 other practice management (database/billing) systems. In comparison, PT Billing Solution Customer Service is supreme!

We were reviewing our clinic’s performance for the first, second, & third quarters and cannot say enough about the level of the detail of the reports. We have been able to evaluate all aspects of our practice, from average charge per visit, average reimbursement by CPT Code, to average reimbursement by carrier. The A/R breakdown and reporting options continue to be an added benefit, as we have been able to truly streamline our back office operations to have a more efficient staffing module. Proactive Physical Therapy
We would like to point out some key features that we are impressed with from the scheduler side. First we are able to print charge sheets with pertinent patient information including next visit, patient balance, and advanced payments made by patient. Also the follow up appointment program allows you to know at a glance whether a patient does or does not have future appointments, and there is a screen that you can use to search for future appointments by patient name. Finally, other reports in the appointment scheduler are helpful for checking status, productivity and missing charges.

I would like to write and tell you how pleased we are with our PT Billing Solution system. As you know, we are a small, rural physical therapy clinic that has many areas and locations of care. We were never able to make our other systems meet our needs. We had MS Outlook for appointments, PTOS for billing out-patients, and Quckbooks for our care center, home health and hospital contracts.
